UNICEF in Houston Hosts Audrey Hepburn Society Ball

Based out of Houston, Texas, International Exports, Inc. exports and distributes American consumer food products to areas including the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. International Exports, Inc. supports several nonprofit organizations, such as the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).

UNICEF works in 190 countries to protect the rights of children. Established more than 70 years ago, the organization believes that each child has the right to survive and fulfill his or her potential in the world. For every dollar received by the nonprofit, 90 cents goes directly toward helping children.

Since the organization relies on financial contributions, UNICEF sponsors a variety of fundraising events throughout the year. One event, the UNICEF Audrey Hepburn Society Ball, is scheduled for May 24, 2017, at the Marriott Marquis in Houston, Texas. This black-tie event will honor Rosanette and Harry Cullen for their work at the regional Houston UNICEF office. They opened the branch more than 30 years ago and have served on a number of event committees for the organization. The ball, emceed by repeat host Deborah Duncan, will feature a performance by Grammy-winning singer Michael Bolton.
